Do you service tools on-site?
Yes. Our mobile van technicians perform hydraulic torquing equipment repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance at your facility — no shipping delays.
How often should torque wrenches be calibrated?
Most industrial standards (ISO 6789, ASME B107) call for annual calibration at minimum, and more often under heavy use. A HY-CARE plan can track the schedule for you.
Is training really free?
Yes. Every tool purchase and rental includes free on-site bolting training delivered by an ASME-certified instructor. OSHA Safe Bolting courses are available through our TEEX partnership.
